RETURN POLICY FOR ALL OTHER ITEMS:

• Full price items that arrive back in store more than 14 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund and will be given a store credit.
• Returns will be deducted $15 for return label if used. Shoe returns will be deducted $15 per box.
  
• Full price items that are out of store 30 days or more are non-returnable and not eligible for store credit.

• Store credit will be issued to the email used at the time of purchase, and will be valid up to one year from issue date. Store credit can be used online only and cannot be redeemed in store.
• Returns will be deducted $15 for return label. Shoe returns will be deducted $15 per box.
• NO EXCHANGES: Any sale order placed online and returned will be given a store credit regardless if the customer placed another order.
• Due to the limited availability of our sale items, The Startingate will not hold sale items.
• Returns that arrive outside the 14 day window will be deducted a 15% restocking fee.
• Returns that arrive over 30 days from delivery are non-refundable and will be returned to the customer after return shipping is paid.

Garments must be unworn/ unused, in original condition, free of any damage and with tags on to receive a refund/ store credit. In the event that products are returned damaged or in a condition that diminishes the ability of The Startingate to resell the item(s), The Startingate reserves the right to refuse a return or to charge a restocking fee of a percentage to be determined at our sole discretion.

NOTE: 'Damage' may include the presence of any fake tan, make up or other marks and the presence of the smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing detergent or other products/ odors on the garment. This also includes any other damage that affects the ability to use and/ or resell the garment.

Shipping is subject to Import/ Customs clearance so arrival times fluctuate according to country. The Startingate is not responsible for delays due to customs.

BY CONTINUING TO PAYMENT METHOD, PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES MAY BE SUBJECT TO IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES AND/OR CHARGES WHICH ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL COST OF THE ORDER, NOR WILL THEY BE COVERED OR REIMBURSED BY THE STARTINGATE, INC.
